if you are frozen, or if you just want to pass a good winter time with a friend or a book, i will advice you something you can easily do:

you need:
75 cl of red wine , a cheap one but not a very bad ( you will to have to drink it, so..)
2 sticks of cinnamon
3 cloves
10 grains(beads) of black pepper
1 star of badiane or aniseed studed
125 g with sugar
1/4 lemon
1/4 of orange
Nutmeg and ginger
4 cl of strong white alcohol (Vodka, rhum, gin,……)

you do like this:
Extract the peels of the lemon and the orange
Pay(Pour) the wine and the juniper berry into a pan and carry(wear) the whole with boiling on average fire. Add the sugar, the sticks of cinnamons, cloves, peppercorns and the peels of lemon and orange
Grate a little ginger and nutmeg.
Let simmer(with slow fire) quite slowly during 20 minutes
filter the all.
and now you have a wonderfull hot wine to share with a friend or everybody passing home.
i really love winter……

don’t use this presentation it is very ukala, hot wine has to be drunk in a simple glass without this bulshit presentation.

if you don’t have wine and if you love coffe like a friend i know, you can always do that
AN IRISH COFEE

For 1 irish coffee:

5 cl of whiskey or rather whiskey Irish
10 cl of black coffee very hardly
2 teaspoons of cane sugar or 1 teaspoon of brown sugar in powder
5 cl of very cold single cream

Beat the crème fraiche (liquid creme) in not too firm whipped cream (chantilly créme), do it with a very cold cream and beat it very strongly.
Put the whiskey and the sugar into a glass very warmly.
Indeed mix the sugar with the whiskey
Put the very warm coffee into the glass by watching not to mix it with the whiskey. Stratum of whiskey and coffee cafe must be very marked.
Not to mix liquids, it is enough to put quite easy on a spoon in the border of the glass
put a soupspoon of whipped cream on the coffee and serve.

have a good time, a little piece of worm in this world of snow………
